For the first time, the JEE Main 2019 exam is being conducted in fully computer based test mode. The national testing agency (NTA) is the exam conducting body for JEE Main 2019. The first phase of JEE Main 2019 exam has been successfully conducted by the national testing agency between 8 and 12 January in 10 shifts (2 shifts per day). With NTA’s decision to conduct the JEE Main exams twice a year from 2019, many aspirants are at an added advantage. The first phase of the JEE Main 2019 concluded on January 12 and the students who are not sure of getting a better rank also have a second chance to take exams in April (April 6-20). Registration for the April session will be starting from February 8 to March 7, 2019.
